About Us

NHFC is a CFCE funded by the Massachusetts EEC, and given support by the Northampton Public Schools District.

  • NHFC (Northampton/Hadley Family Connection)
  • CFCE (Coordinated Family and Community Engagement)
  • MA EEC (Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care)

Our purpose is to bring local families with young children together in playgroups, events, workshops, and groups to play, to learn, to experience, and to support.

Located in the Northampton Public Schools' Early Childhood Center at Jackson Street School, we reach out during the school year with varied opportunities to join families and communities together.  Our vision is to make it easier for every family to be part of learning and growing our community’s children healthfully, with other families and our community.

Northampton has been awarded the CFCE/CPC grant from the MA EEC for over four decades.

For more information, email our CFCE Program Specialist Ashley Miller at asmiller@northampton-k12.us.
